I have been a board member since 2012 as the treasurer. When MC Homes took over the association had less than $100 in the operating account and about $92 in reserves. We had from the 96 units, 31 were delinquent and over $84,000 in debt. We have been able to work closely with MC Homes and now have a reserve accounts that covers an emergency, we have paid off all our debt and have enough money in our operating account to ensure that the association is running smoothly.
